Pros: Keeps me informed about my health. Feels like it was made with the input and wisdom of actual uterus owners like me--I suspect all the girly, flowery apps out there were made 100% by men who dont have a CLUE :)
Cons: Have to enter the amount of flow each day of my period, instead of an option to simply mark the start and end. The symptom tracking interface used to be simpler. Instead of enabling/disabling an entire category, I want to have a quick list of individual symptoms/activities that I frequently log, such as nausea, anxiety, low appetite, headache, cramps. Currently I have to enable the entire category even if I only usually log one symptom in that category. The words are too simplistic sometimes, but in general I like that I dont have to rate the severity of my symptoms--just a quick flag to remind myself of how I was feeling that day.
